Where do you deliver to?We deliver to over 200 countries worldwide and BFPO addresses. A full list of countries is displayed during checkout.
How do you get my shopping to me?We currently use ParcelForce as our principal shipping partner. ParcelForce are an experienced worldwide carrier, and allow you to track your parcel on www.parcelforce.com.All of our parcels are carefully wrapped, with delicate items given extra protection. Where practical we will use biodegradable or recycled products for our packing. If an item is damaged upon receipt we may make a claim against the courier, if this is the case the courier may require the parcel and all the packaging to be inspected.
How long will it take?That depends on which shipping class you choose. We usually ship within 3-5 working days. Shipping times are then as follows: Euro 48 - Widely available within most of Europe this service usually takes between 2 - 5 working days. International Scheduled - This service is available worldwide usually takes between 4 - 10 working days depending where in the world you are. International Datapost -
Being the quickest, it is almost the same as sending your package by courier service. BFPO Deliveries - Delivery times vary between 7 to 14 days but can take slightly longer depending on the destination.
How much will it cost?We have negotiated very competitive rates with our carriers, as a result of our volume of business with them. You will find that we can send parcels at much lower rates than your friends and relatives in the UK can. Delivery costs are dependant on the weight of your order. As a rule of thumb, remember that the more your parcel weighs the lower the postage cost per kilo, as shown in the following examples:
UK: shipping to England, Wales and lowland Scotland costs up to £18 for a 30kg parcel. This makes us a great way of sending a gift to friends or relatives in the UK.
Euro 48 shipping to France, Germany & Denmark will cost up to £16.99 for 30kg.
Euro 48 shipping to Spain and Italy will cost £29.99 for 5kg, rising to £36.31 for 10kg and £45.24 for 30kg.
International Scheduled shipping to USA and Canada will cost £28.56 for 5kg, £37.66 for 10kg and £57.49 for 30kg.
International Scheduled shipping to Australasia and the Far East will cost £45.08 for 5kg, £63.20 for 10kg and £114.05 for 30kg.
BFPO shipping can be as low as £6.00 a parcel!
We will remember your location once you have started the checkout process, and shipping costs for your chosen method of shipping will then be automatically shown in your shopping basket the next time you look. Some large, lightweight items (e.g. crisps) may have their weight factored up to take account of parcel volume in shipping calculations
Can I send an order to a different address?Yes. Simply complete the delivery address section if it is different from the cardholder's address.
Can I send a parcel to the armed forces via BFPO?Yes. This service is only available to Armed Forces personnel and their families. Deliveries must be addressed to a BFPO address. Delivery times vary between 7 to 14 days but can take slightly longer depending on the destination. BFPO shipping can be as low as £3.50 for a 30kg parcel! Select BFPO or BFPO ships as the delivery country when shopping. The upper weight limit for BFPO ships is 11kg per parcel.
What about customs restrictions where I live?This is covered in depth in our Terms & Conditions. Although we will try to remove any items from your order that cannot be exported to your country the responsibility lies with you to ensure that goods can be imported and you are responsbile for the payment of any import duties, taxes and any other local charges levied in your country of residence. |
